Captain Roy Heverly was born and raised in Emerald Isle, NC and has been a USCG licensed commercial fisherman for over thirty years. Simply put, no one knows these local waters better than Captain Roy. He loves his job and enjoys fishing with people from all walks of life .

NO FISHING LICENSE NEEDED - You are covered by our blanket fishing license on our boat Payment and Cancellation Policies: Please note that all bookings of fishing trips are considered tentative until a 50% deposit is received. All deposits are non–refundable, but are transferable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the trip. 100 % refund if Captain Roy cancels due to inclement weather.
